Please read Association governing documents which, are posted on this web site link: Documents. The Homeowners Association is mandatory and you must be aware of Deed Restrictions, Guidelines and Rules.

Architectural Review: Article V. No building, wall or other structures or improvement of any nature shall be commenced, erected, placed or maintained upon the Properties, nor shall there be any exterior addition to, change of, or alteration in the Properties and the improvements located thereon be made, until the plans and specifications have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Board of Directors or the Architectural Committee. Attached units must be painted same color scheme and roof must match color of attached unit. No Fences are permitted past front corner of unit.

Owner of a rental unit is responsible for non-compliance of tenant for
violation of deed restrictions, rules and regulations and architectural guidelines.

Please contact the Association at below mailing address, if mailing address is different from the property address to avoid delays in correspondence and billing for Association Fees.

Send Warranty Deed with new owner name, mailing address, and signed Homeowners' Association Disclosure to: The Lake St. George South HOA, Inc., P.O. Box 1686 Oldsmar, Florida 34677.
Send a copy of the Disclosure Form and Warranty Deed to the Board of Directors
